Account Brand

With a Brand Kit, you manage your brand centrally, ensuring all Foleon Docs are automatically on-brand. Add your logo, set a color palette, choose typography, and more — helping content creators get off to a flying start.

Project Folders

Every Foleon Doc you create is part of a project folder.
Each project folder has its own settings: a hostname, Google Analytics code, and MAP integrations*.
Project settings apply to every Foleon Doc within the project folder.

Media Library Folders

This media library will be used by the entire team of a workspace, so organizing media in folders is important from the very beginning.

Larger teams may want to organize by department.
For smaller teams, mirroring your project folders and Foleon Docs for Media Library folders makes sense.
General brand assets should also have their own folder.

Data Visualizer

Data Visualizer allows you to build interactive, on-brand charts directly in Foleon. No more exporting data, fixing styles, and replacing screenshots. Simply import or add your data and create a chart in the Data Visualizer. When your data changes, your charts automatically update across all Docs where they’re used, without any manual design work.
